This Contract will cover the provision of engineering inspections for plant and equipment to ensure compliance with current Regulations, This Contract includes a requirement for an initial audit of properties and equipment to enable the creation of an accurate asset database to facilitate the contract and effective maintenance. The contract is to cover a wide and diverse range of properties, including office accommodation, public buildings, educational establishments, leisure facilities, fire and rescue stations and domestic properties of vulnerable people. The Council reserves the right to add additional areas on throughout the duration of the contract including any extensions taken.
