The Council is looking to appoint 1 \[one\] Supplier for this Contract, to deliver the service, maintenance, and minor works and repair services as outlined in the technical specification in these documents. This service shall be required to cover a 24hour/365 day period including bank holidays. These services will be required to a range of Council owned and managed buildings; a list of properties has been issued as part of these ITT documents. Walsall Council reserves the right to add or remove properties to this list as changes to the property portfolio occurs during the life of the contract. The procurement process being used is the Open Procedure. This process has been advertised in the Find a Tender Service and will be completed in compliance with The Public Contract Regulations 2015 with reference to The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
