The service will promote fully sustained recovery from drugs and/or alcohol misuse for children, young people and adults through a person-centred approach. West Berkshire Council is seeking to appoint a single Provider to deliver the services detailed in the Specification (however aspects of this contract may be subcontracted, since the Council acknowledges the complexity of the service delivery required).
