The requirement should provision the tools and services that enable more interactive use of data and geospatial information to inform decision making processes. The intent is to use digital methods to present a MR digital birdtable for planning and battle-tracking. This approach will make savings on the production of hardcopy mapping and overlays and provide Realtime, interactive information to the staff. The successful end state should be a MR CCD, as described above, which his ready to be interoperable with the HYDRA suite of technologies.
