Phase 3 (optional at BU's discretion) - internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of the sixth, seventh and eighth floor of Studland House, as defined by the included tender specification documentation. BU shall have absolute discretion whether or not to proceed with the phase 3 works, with or without the Contractor.
