The Paddock will once again become a recreational space with places for people to promenade, sit, relax and play. Two large areas of lawns will be retained for people to sit out and enjoy and new planted areas will provide colour, texture, all year-round interest and ill attract wildlife to the area. Accessibility will be improved by adjusting the levels to create a central open space that is level with Military Road. Here, a new interactive water feature will be installed as a focus for the space and referencing the Brook stream that used to flow through the area. It will be framed with seating so that people can sit and enjoy the activity.
