OSG produces a range of high-volume outputs, with a range of paper documents of various specification, printed on virgin white paper or overprinted on to pre-printed stationery. Currently, OSG have a printing fleet of 6 printers consisting of two high-speed Kodak inkjets and four Canon/Oce 7200 laser printers. These are split equally across two production sites. Additional information: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to forewarn interested service providers of this requirements and highlight that we plan to hold a 'Supplier Day' for the purpose of market sounding and to enable DVLA to describe and develop our proposed requirements. The Supplier Day has been scheduled for the 2 & 3 June and will be a virtual event via Microsoft Teams. Interested service providers must express their interest via e-mail to the named contact point in Section 4 above by 14:00 hours on 19 May, quoting reference PS/20/266 - Provision of Bulk Paper Printing Solution, Ancillary Equipment with Support and Maintenance.
