UKCEH are one of the main developers of the Indicia software tools, and host a data warehouse to support a range of citizen science projects. The mobile applications developed through this funding, via the Natural Capital Ecosystem Assessment (NCEA) project are integrated with Indicia to allow the data to flow into existing projects and analysis pipelines to support wider research applications. The supplier, Flumens, has specific expertise in using the Indicia software, built up through development of other mobile applications (e.g. iMammalia, Butterfly Count) - some funded through UKCEH projects and some developed through funding from other organisations. A recent tendering exercise with other suppliers of wildlife-focused mobile applications demonstrated that there is high extra cost (and time) for other suppliers developing capacity to work with Indicia. ## CPV classification Internet or intranet client application development services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/5b907fd3-118e-474b-abc7-ebc0d6e8f3c3) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
