Supporting and facilitating the development of a robust framework for the flu health equalities tool based on specifications in the PRD to enable effective tool development and simple, effective user experience. c. Design and deployment of a health equalities tool that priorities top user needs to understand and act upon potential inequalities in vaccination programme. d. Contributing as appropriate to the delivery of effective user/stakeholder engagement, communications and training so that teams are able to use tool effectively, with NHS England and NHS Improvement maintaining tool operations. e.
