The primary objective of this project is to unify two different existing solutions into one. The unified solution will need to offer online, advanced ticketing with access to all of our sites, along with the facility for visitors to walk-up and pay to enter. Please note this a Request for Information only and not a formal tender at this stage. The English Heritage Trust shall not be bound to accept any offer, proceed further with this tender process or; contract award. Additional information: Suppliers need to ensure they are registered on the English Heritage Trust electronic tendering portal called In-Tend ([in-tendhost.co.uk](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/english-heritage/aspx/Home)).
