The framework will be used by the whole of the UK public sector and their associated bodies and agencies. It will provide for the appointment of (or process to include) a reserve supplier for Lot 1 (Electricity) and Lot 3 (Gas) at the Authorities discretion to implement if required. Lot 2 and Lot 4 are the reserve supplier lots.
