The following is a breakdown of the required support:- PTL all silver/low support, each environment contains three CAs, totalling 15 CAs for this support level. Live will remain at GOLD/high support, and contains 2 CAs In addition, the CIS team have HSM boxes that need support and Comparex can support the HSM boxes as part of this contract. PKI certificates are used by the CIS and these are perpetual licenses that support the wider NHS. The current contract (CON\_2249) expires on 30/06/2020 and all extension provisions have been exhausted.
