Guinness wishes to enter into a contract for an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further five years. Our requirements are divided into six lots, Lots 1 - 3 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations in domestic properties and Lots 4 - 6 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations of communal heating. Lots 4 - 6 also include the servicing and repairs of boosted water pumps. Additional information: Expressions of Interest requests are activated through the Proactis Housing Procurement portal.
