The provision of the new disinfectant chemical storage facility and associated works is to be let as a design and build contract. The Contractor shall act as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations. The Contractor is to provide the design, supply, installation/construction of all works as detailed in the Employer's requirements.
