The successful organisation will be required to both work with core Council staff to formulate plans as well as fulfilling the role of a critical friend. The Council is seeking an organisation that can demonstrate an understanding of economic growth, combined with an ability to navigate a range of funding streams available. The role therefore requires good strategic ability, but a very practical ability to progress plans and to contribute operationally.
