The works will involve multiple trades and will include, but not be limited to: Boundary Works (Fencing, Brickwork, Gates, etc.), Remediation to porches, works to garages, hardstanding repairs and repairs to outbuildings. The budget for the works over a three year period is £3,500,000 excluding VAT.
