Upgrade internal dry lining to existing building. New opening in existing side wall to access extension. Repair works to timber cladding. New UPVC windows double glazed. New double glazed aluminium windows. Swiss chalet shutters to all windows. Replacement doors, front doors with manual shutters. One fire door with push pad. Stud partitions for disabled toilet and storeroom. All ceilings skim coat finish and plasterboard lined. New loft hatch made internally with pull-down ladder.
