The requirements of this contract are to quantify, via a statistical model that provides a robust indicative base, the economic impact of the visitor economy from both day and overnight visitors in terms of: • Revenue generated by tourists (by category of accommodation and distribution by sectors by month); • Number of tourists and number of tourist days (by category of accommodation by month); • Employment supported by tourism; • Traffic implications of tourism (by month); • Trend information annually for all output categories by zone; • Bed stock analysis (by accommodation category, month by month, year on year); • Analysis of bed stock seasonal availability (by category of accommodation).
