Further to this statutory duty and following the approved Wiltshire School Places Strategy 2017- 2022 and its Implementation Plan, there now exists a requirement to increase the intake and teaching capacity at Noremarsh Junior School in Royal Wootton Bassett. The intention is to reflect the previous intake enlargement exercise at the school and to utilise the SMBF to appoint a contractor on a turn-key basis to deliver the build phase of the project for the equivalent of RIBA Stages 4 to 7.
