New ways of working, such as the hybrid model, requires staff to have instant access to client information, and this is currently unachievable as paper files are located in different rooms within the Education Development Centre. Therefore, the Council will utilise the service provision of a trusted, capable, reliable and responsible provider to enable the case files to be safely and securely digitised.
