The Contractor will be required to continually gather feedback as part of this service delivery to inform what residents want and shape the programme through a modified version of the Penfold Forum. This will include: - small socially distanced focus groups; - phone calls by volunteers; and - a digital platform through Zoom and emails. The Contract will be for an initial period of 18 months, with the option to extend for a further 6 month period.
