This will support the establishment of the London hubs by September. This scope covers: - Providing operational management expertise and methodologies - Engaging key stakeholders - Acting as a conduit between clinical and operational working groups - Supporting the clinical and administrative priority setting, pathway design, and implementation - Identification and resolution of operational issues - Facilitation of working groups / workshops - Development of robust governance structures - Working as part of a blended team with NHSEI resources to deliver at pace during this accelerated phase of the programme The outputs of this work will be: - A standardised clinical model for the London Fast Track Surgical Hubs - Established London Fast Track Surgical Hubs across the region These outputs will support NHSEI London to rapidly deliver increased elective activity.
