Because of the nature of BTP's premises, it is not possible to make deliveries/collections directly into every site; the service provider is required to make available secure locations for these sites to access and use. Service provision includes collection and delivery of items meeting the following criteria: • Up to 2000g (2kg) in weight; • Up to 450mm x 350mm x 80 mm in size; • Unsorted; and • Non-Machinable Collection and Delivery shall take place outside of office hours (before 09.00, after 17.00), and delivered next working day.
