The construction phase of this project has been scheduled to last 5 months, followed by the landscape establishment phase of a further 12 months. The project comprises both hard and soft landscape works. The Employer is Botesdale Parish Council who are developing the site and the Contract Administrator will be James Blake Associates, of 34-52 Out Westgate, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3PA.
