To allow earlier contractor involvement in the design process, deliver the projects in an efficient manner and obtain a greater level of cost certainty for proposed projects earlier in the process. The successful Contractors will provide services and works on both time charge orders, using the NEC4 Professional Services Short Contract and Works Orders using NEC 4 Engineering and Construction Contract Main Option A with secondary and optional clauses. The Works covered by the framework will be replacement internal lighting to Hull City Council properties.
