It has been confirmed that there is a continuing need for the service to support tenants with fairly complex enduring mental health issues in 13 self-contained flats and ensure that people whose care and support needs to be met, for the benefits of longer term improvements to the quality of their lives, and preventing the need for longer term, higher cost services.
