St Albans Hall & Norwich Hall are to have new self catered provisions installed. The Contract will be the JCT Minor Works With ### Contractor's Design. The Employer will be Leeds Trinity University. The Contractors Design portion will be Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and above ground drainage.
