SCAPE on behalf of Arc Partnership invites Bidders for the provision of Demolition Works as detailed in Section 3 - Specification of the ITT, at the former James Hince Court EPH, Windsor Gardens, Carlton in Lindrick, Worksop S81 9BL. Arc Partnership is an innovative joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE. The successful Bidder will be required to take over responsibility of the site at the works commencement date. Bidders are invited to attend a site on the Site Visit date as indicated in the procurement timetable. Site visits will be available on the two dates to make any survey or investigation that Bidders believe necessary to fully inform themselves of the requirement for Bidder submission. Please contact the Procuring Officer via the Delta portal, to confirm your attendance for the site visit. Please see tender documents for further information.
