This contract needs to be separate from the main Rough Sleeper Service both \\r because the RSI funding has been on an annual basis and does not align with the RSS \\r recommissioning ( come directly from BCC general fund). It includes both a prevention/advice service (at New Street) and an a short-stay accommodation service (at the YMCA, Bristol Wing, which will be leased by St Mungos)).
