The car boot takes place on a Sunday morning starting from 5th April 2020 through to 27th September 2020 (weather and events permitting). We are looking for 2 concessions to provide hot drinks and a suitable food offer for this weekly event and 1 ice cream van. The offer must be appropriate to the type and timing of these events and the customer base. The two concessions will be required to work in partnership, working alternate Sundays. The ice cream van will be required every Sunday the car boot is operational. Concessions units are not permitted to sell alcohol. The trading hours are 7am to 1pm and the site is located on Pier Road, Southsea. The car boot sale will not operate on the August Bank Holiday weekend due to the Victorious Festival. There may also be other one-off major events that require the closure of the car boot sale.
