The bulky waste collection service is a statutory duty collecting from domestic households in Oldham and the LWP scheme is to provide support to meet short term emergency/immediate supports needs of vulnerable residents and also to assist vulnerable residents to establish or maintain a home in the community. The Council wish to combine these 2 contracts and offer residents a holistic service offer. As part of the tender process for a new contract (to start from 1st April 2022) the Council wishes to undertake soft market testing.
