Barrow in Furness Council is looking to appoint a consultant to create a new Town Centre Strategy and Action Plan as part of its Town Investment Plan. Barrow in Furness is a town rich in natural capital with a proud history of production and innovation fuelled by world leading businesses. There is a positive future for Barrow led by the sheer scale of investment in the national submarine programme and the potential for growth leveraging our strategic assets.
