The TNDS is a Microsoft Windows-based software application designed and created by DXC (previously HPE) used by Network Planners to import, generate and export Link 16 network designs. The TNDS is operated by 13 Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Link 16 nations (see APPENDIX 2).
