This is not a greenfield (legacy) site; the Army has a number of operational control centres for various components of the digital networks and services it is responsible for securing. In order to build this capability, the current brownfield sites need to be cohered, integrating both NetOps and Security Operations functionality with an Operationally cohered capability.
