The purpose of this enforcement is to ensure compliance with legislation relating to food hygiene, food standards and imported food legislation in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (the "Council") area. The initial Contract Duration will be 2 years, with two options to extend annually (2+1+1).
