This will be achieved by working directly with these young people in an integrative partnership with, where appropriate, other service providers to create a balance between health interventions, education, prevention, care and therapeutic interventions. The provider will ensure that specialist substance misuse treatment interventions and care packages are provided to young people eligible for the Service.
