Provide a short overall analysis of what can be inferred about financial sustainability of the sector from these findings. - Examine how the issues considered in (1) change over time and across different sub-sectors. More information is provided below. - Provide an initial analysis of the impact of Covid-19 on the sector and a discussion of how the crisis may alter financial dynamics analysed in (1) and (2). The primary aspects of the research will be (1) and (2), with the third section a shorter and more prospective discussion given limitations surrounding an analysis of Covid-19 impacts. The findings of this analysis will be presented through a final report and presentation. The project will be used to inform the Government's press sustainability policy in the context of structural decline and the Covid-19 crisis. The detailed financial analysis it provides will be used to aid the design of future interventions in the sector. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
