It is a high performing ALMO with aspirations to be the best and deliver outstanding services to each and every resident. SHP prides itself on the close working relationships with residents that it is developing, delivering over 1,300 reactive repairs each month. In 2019, the board at SHP took the decision to deliver repairs in house and took the first steps in April 2020 by ending the contract with its current provider, and setting up a repairs team to undertake reactive repairs services to residents.
