The scope of service includes but is not limited to; lead water pipe renewals, CCTV Surveys, drain cleaning/jet washing, and drain relining, including all necessary associated works. The service will be required in residential properties, public buildings and Schools throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Framework has 2 Lots: - Lot 1 Residential Properties and Public Buildings & - Lot 2 School Sites throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne The Council wishes to appoint a maximum of three Contractor(s) on a ranked basis on each Lot.
