The consultant will be required to undertake the creation, delivery, promotion and management of the programme across the 7 towns in the district. The Council has a maximum budget of £10,000 to deliver the programme, with an additional £10,000 which will be used in the form of grants to support businesses creating Instagrammable displays as a result of engaging with the project.
