In order to meet this demand, DWP is hiring thousands of additional staff, and has started work implementing a project to rapidly expand the DWP estate. McBains have produced a Jobcentre Overflow Estate Design Guide for this expanded estate. This requirement is to provide a 'Design Authority Role' and support to DWP throughout this Rapid Estates Expansion Project (REEP).
