Using the data and information gathered during stage one (the Discovery Phase), the Council wants to build on the aspirations identified to develop a place marketing strategy which utilises primary stakeholders and aligns them with key messages that they have a hand in devising. It will also involve the creation of a toolkit for use by those stakeholders and an outline of potential routes to market for the campaign.
