## About this tender

To deliver a modern new office building providing expanded UKAEA office capacity for UKAEA at the Culham Science Centre, with agile working space, new shared meeting facilities and collaborative breakout space, a new staff canteen and coffee bar, external plaza space, and a car parking provision located at the site entrance.
