UK SBS wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of the Low Value Laboratory equipment (£10,000 - £200,000). UK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the "Regulations") This is a Supplies DPS. The DPS will be broken down into 41 categories: - Microscope, Optical - Microscope, Electron - Microscope, X-ray - Microscope, Other - Imaging and quantification - Plate Readers - Spectrometers - Camera systems - Chromatography, Liquid - Chromatography, Gas - Chromatography, Other - Diffractometers - Local Exhaust Ventilation - Media Kitchen/ Glass wash - Sterilisation/Purification Systems - Flat optics - Lenses - Curved mirrors (parabolas, spherical etc.) - Gain media - Active optical components - Autoclaves/ Incubators/ Ovens - Shakers - Thin Film Coating Plants - Critical point dryer - Biochemistry, Electrophoresic - DNA preparation, amplification and analysis - Cold storage - Centrifuges & Rotors - General Lab - Micromachining Systems - Medical Equipment - Clinical specimen analysis - Animal measurements - Cell handling equipment - Radiation monitoring equipment - Pulsed Lasers - Electronic Equipment - BioPhysics - Vacuum Equipment - Natural Environment Analysers - Weighing Equipment UK SBS will be setting an 'initial joining stage' deadline for bidders to submit responses. The closing date and time for the' initial joining stage' is Thursday 12th November 2020 at 11:00hrs BST Following the review of the initial responses it is then intended that the DPS will be re-opened and potential suppliers will be able to apply to join right up until the closing date of the 30th November 2022 (with the potential to extend +1 and +1).
