The campaign will: - Use the decarbonising Skipton project to encourage the wider community to think about the steps they can take to reduce carbon emissions and help tackle climate change. - Improve the understanding of low and zero carbon and inspire residents and communities to reduce energy use across the district. The plan will be designed and delivered using behavioural and cultural change concepts. - Focus on residential energy use and in particular low carbon retrofit of housing - Empower community groups to drive behaviour change on the Council's behalf, pushing the net zero message as a community rather than just from the council to the community. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/085e880b-582f-4073-8b29-40e0f3d9ce61) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
