Waltham Forest Council is seeking a new strategy and delivery plan for increasing digital inclusion in the borough. Creating this will involve primary and secondary research engagement with council staff, residents, organizations across the public, third and private sector, data analysis, and deep expertise and knowledge of 'what works'.
