The playgrounds are to be tendered on a Design and Build basis with individual budgets. The two playgrounds are to be tendered together but will be evaluated and awarded separately. The two locations are: - Lot 1 SPIDER PARK, VICTORIA ROAD, RUISLIP HA4 0DR - Lot 2 WILLOW TREE OPEN SPACE, DITCHFIELD ROAD UB4 9BH It is expected that each scheme shall be completed on site within a maximum 5 week period, however, all works must be substantially completed by the 30 September 2021, or within 12 weeks of the issue of a purchase order.
