Co-production helps to ensure efficient and effective implementation of this vision. 'Implementing Better Births - A resource pack for Local Maternity Systems (LMS)' called for Local Maternity Systems to establish Maternity Voices Partnerships. The guidance set out potential membership, what might be included in the terms of reference and funding/support arrangements. The MTP wishes to procure a national support offer for all MVPs in England from October 2020 to 31 March 2021.
