It includes the installation of 5 Air Source Heat pump units, to supply a large portion of the Leisure complex with domestic hot water and pool water heating. The works include the integration of the new units into the existing mechanical services infrastructure and controls on the site, together with various pipework modifications and new ancillary system components as fully detailed in this specification package. The principal new Air Source Heat Pump Plant will be located on a new external deck structure constructed over the existing external chemical store building.
