We seek consultancy to redevelop the model and require that any suggestions made are not focused on the use of one particular proprietary software. We are also not seeking someone to deliver this project. Future Leaders Connect is the British Council's programme which aims to create a long-term global network of emerging policy leaders. Through the programme, exceptional next generation leaders gain access to the relevant skills, international networks and opportunities which will support them to make a difference through policy change. Additional information: Bidders should register on the British Council's e-Tendering portal In-Tend([in-tendhost.co.uk](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil/aspx/Home)) in order to take part in the tender process. Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and 'means of proof' will be required. These conditions are outlined in the RFP. ## CPV classification Systems and technical consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/01305772-420d-4600-8c94-fd6fb2c6216e) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
